Track and Field Training for Youth Sports is a great way to work on your flexibility, agility, and endurance. Right now is Basketball season for me, but I’m happy to say I’ve added track and field to my list of sports!
In the video below you’ll see us run through some of our trainer’s drills.
In this session we started with some stretching, then we jogged a few laps around the gymnasium. We did some agility exercises like standing jumps unto a platform, ran sprints, back peddles, and of course ran some football routes and caught some footballs. Here’s the video:
