Ice Pack Life Hack
Thanks for checking out this life hack. Today I’ll be sharing one of my favorite ways to make an Ice Pack really quickly.
Ice packs are used to help speed up the healing of sore muscles and injuries. Instead of heading to the store and buying a pack, you can make your own pretty quickly. All you need is:
- 1 cup of Rubbing Alcohol
- 2 cups of water
- 2 sandwich bags
- 4-5 drops of food coloring (optional)
All you have to do is mix the rubbing alcohol, water and food coloring (optional, but good to show the contents aren’t edible). Once you’ve mixed all of the ingredients, place them inside a ziplock bag, and then add that bag into another bag. Double bagging the ice pack is helpful because if the first bag opens, you can still contain the liquid and not have it spill all over.
